What information do we collect about you?

 

We collect information about you when you register with us. We also collect additional information on you if you give us this voluntarily. We do not obtain any personal information relating to you from third parties.

 

How will we use the information you provide?

 

We will use this information to ensure you are eligible to work in the UK and to register you as an employee of Rebus for the duration of your assignment. We will contact you directly to ensure the pay you receive, and the tax deducted is correct. This allows us to make accurate declarations to the relevant organisations.

 

Sharing Information

 

Rebus has a legal obligation to report certain information relating to you to the following parties:

  • HMRC – details of pay received, tax deducted and tax code in operation from each payment made to you

  • DWP – details of deductions made from your pay in accordance with instructions received

  • NOW Pensions – details of pension deductions made as part of the mandatory government workplace pension scheme

 

Rebus will only provide information to the above named that is required to meet our legal obligations.

 

In addition, Rebus may share information with the recruitment agency that you are engaged through. The information shared will be restricted to the period of time that the assignment lasts. The sharing of information is for audit/compliance purposes and to ensure that payments are made in accordance with the Criminal Finance Act 2017.

 

Rebus will not share your information with anyone not listed above except when it is needed to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law

Access to your information and correction

 

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
